For each location we will produce a working sketch of the general layout of the branch illustrating all public areas, interior and exterior, which will indicate all current bank displays and fixtures. All primary windows and ceiling heights will be measured. A count will be taken of teller stations and customer service desks. Additionally, general traffic patterns will be observed to determine the primary and secondary entrances.

PHASE TWO: SURVEY PRESENTATION

A computer-generated color floor plan will be produced delineating all the above information.

Below the floor plan will be a complete listing of all the pertinent data relating to each banking office, i.e. number of teller stations, customer service desks, merchandising and display fixtures, measurements, etc.

Additional pages with a complete array of photos showing an in-depth look at each banking office are also included.

Two survey binders complete with photo CD's is provided. Pages are in color and laminated..
