TERMS
We will invoice you if you have approved credit or an open account. 50% deposit is required on all purchases over
$1,000. Our terms are net 30 days. All other purchases
require payment in advance. We also accept credit cards:
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
It is important that you sign for and open boxes immediately upon delivery. Examine the exterior of the box noting any
damage and checking the contents for damage. If you see
any damage, advise the shipper and call us immediately
at 1-800-242-4134.
SHIPPING
Merchandise is shipped using our trucks, UPS or large freight carriers. All merchandise is guarantied against damage during
shipping as long as you report the damage upon receipt.
PRICES
All listed prices do not include packing, shipping, handling
and sales tax if applicable. While prices rarely fluctuate,
prices may change without notice.
RETURN POLICY:
L. Miller Design must be notified in writing (email) within 10 days, prior to returning merchandise to receive a Required Return Authorization Number. It is necessary that you do this within 10 days. A 15% restocking charge will be applicable.
NOT ALL MERCHANDISE IS RETURNABLE
